Noah's Kingdom Humane Society is pleased to announce our low cost Spay & Neuter Program. The cost is $80.00 per cat and includes a feline leukemia, AIDS, heartworm test and the spaying or neutering of a cat. Our spay and neuter clinic takes place once a month at the Animal Protective Foundation located at 53 Maple Avenue in Scotia, New York. An appointment is required.
